Welcome to SelectYourAwards.com. These terms and conditions are entered into by and between you and SelectYourAwards.com. Please review all the Terms and Conditions of use for SelectYourAwards.com. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions and privacy policies applicable to your use of our services available under our domain and sub-domains including the general principles for the websites of our agents, suppliers and affiliates. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services. 

YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY ANY LOCAL LAWS, STATUTES, ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO USE THE WEBSITE. SOME OF THE ITEMS SOLD ON THIS SITE ARE NOT APPROPRIATE FOR INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may shop on the Select Your Awards website. Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site.  Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer other than those specifically included here. In any event your access and use of the SelectYourAwards.com website, after any changes or modifications have been made constitute your unconditional acceptance of our terms and conditions and you agree to be bound fully by them.  

Fees and Services

The Gift Certificate has no cash value.  The user understands that the Gift Certificate amount issued on the Gift Certificate, whether electronic, printed or otherwise, applies to the market price.  The user may select as many items as the user desires up to the Gift Certificate amount based on the market price for each item.  

When using the Select Your Awards gift certificate the user understands that there is no charge for any item.

The cost of the item, shipping and handling and all processing fees are paid from the Gift Certificate amount. 

Items and values are subject to change as supply allows. Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.   Colors and styles of items may vary from Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries’ photographs.

Comparison values are based on manufacturer's suggested market price when available through retail distribution, comparable value to version shown or appraised value. Certain products may not be available in retail stores. Prices and fees may vary between printed and online versions of our catalog.

The user understands the Gift Certificate may only be redeemed in the online Select Your Awards Website.

Deliverable Areas

At this time, Select Your Awards only ships to the Continental United States and Hawaii.  We do not ship to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico or any APO or FPO addresses.

Pricing of Gifts

All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars.  Select Your Awards reserves the right to change prices and specifications on products without notice. The products displayed are available while supplies last.

Additional Terms

User understands that said terms, conditions and policies set forth in said links may be amended at any time by posting the amended terms, conditions and policies on our site.   Under no circumstances shall Select Your Awards, its suppliers, vendors, affiliates, sponsors, or their respective directors, officers, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, whether in contract or in tort, including negligence, arising in any way out of access to or use of or inability to access the Select Your Awards site or any linked site or its contents, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or other data on computer systems or otherwise, even if Select Your Awards is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. Accuracy of Information

Select Your Awards makes every effort to check for accuracy and typographical errors in our content. Select Your Awards receives many of its product information from third party suppliers & vendors and Select Your Awards makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy and is supplied without any expressed or implied warranties.  

Shipping of Your Order

Your order will be shipped in 7 – 10 calendar days. Please allow 14 –18 days to receive your order.   After your order is shipped, Select Your Awards shall not be liable for any non-performance or delay in performance by any shipping agency, freight forwarding company or the United States Postal service. Select Your Awards will use its best efforts within its control to aid in the tracking and recovery of any lost or delayed shipments. Select Your Awards shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay in performance caused by any act beyond its control including but not limited to acts or omissions by third parties, equipment failure, war, acts of terrorism, unavailability of supplies or products, strikes, lock outs, fire, flood, or any other Act of God, any law regulation, ordinance, or other act or order of any court, government or governmental agency, or delays, unavailability, errors, or other failures of the Internet or other data networks.  

Returns

Customers may return any item that is damaged and request a replacement sent to them.   All customers are responsible for any shipping and handling charges of the items to be returned to Select Your Awards. Select Your Awards will pay for any shipping charges back to customer for any items exchanged because of damages or defects.   If you need to return an item please include a note with your name, address, phone number and your Select Your Awards Order Number. Warranties  

The products and services sold and offered by Select Your Awards are subject to any applicable warranties and representations by their specific manufacturers. Select Your Awards makes no representation or warranty with respect to any product or service sold.

User understands that the shopping cart is that of a third party, the Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries.  Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries, and the website and domain and associated sub domains, agents, suppliers and affiliates, act only in an advertising and marketing capacity and has no control of the items or systems associated with Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries. User further understands and agrees that the products and services offered via the Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries are those of third parties, not of Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries. Recipient agrees to look exclusively to the actual product or service supplier as regards to any warranties and guarantees and in no way ever shall Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries or their agents, suppliers or affiliates of Select Your Awards / American Sales Industries be liable to recipient for any warranty or guarantee or act of omission of a product or service supplier.

When an order has been placed with us we will send you a confirming e-mail. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order we may reach you by telephone.
